We divide every project into five stages: Discovery, Definition, Proposal, Development, and Conclusion. During each stage, we perform a combination of four activities : Requirements Gathering, Analyzing & Design, Coding, and Testing. Requirements Gathering dominates the initial stages, whereas Coding and Testing dominate the later stages.
