The Big Music Project

We believe that young people from all walks of life deserve the same opportunities.

There are currently 630,000 unemployed young people in the UK. Through our youth brands and industry networks, we’re well placed to engage young people who may need support to get their lives back on track, using music as a hook. The Big Music Project is an employability initiative funded by the Big Lottery Fund and led by Global, in partnership with leading national youth charity, UK Youth. Delivered across the UK, The Big Music Project breaks down barriers to the music and creative industries and transforms the lives of young people aged 14-25, in particular those experiencing disadvantage.
